Getting started

MyMobileMenu is a web app that lets restaurants and bars build a beautiful, mobile-friendly digital menu and publish it to a shareable link and QR code. No printing required — update your menu any time and changes go live instantly.

No — MyMobileMenu runs entirely in the browser on both your end and your guests’. Your guests just open a link or scan a QR code; there is nothing for them to download or install.

Sign up for a free account, click to create a new menu, then add sections and items. Customize the look to match your brand, and when you are ready hit Publish to make it live.

Yes — you can sign up and sign in with your Google account for a one-click experience, or use a traditional email and password if you prefer.

Building & editing your menu

Add named sections such as Appetizers or Entrées, then add items inside each section with a name, price, and description. You can drag and drop both sections and items to reorder them at any time.

Yes — every section and every item supports drag-and-drop reordering directly in the editor, so restructuring your menu takes seconds.

Yes — you can upload a photo for each item. Choose between inline thumbnails that display next to the item or a tap-to-view icon that opens the photo in a lightbox. Photos are automatically compressed so your menu stays fast.

Yes — while editing an item, the AI can draft a description or suggest a price. It is a smaller tool, separate from the AI Menu Assistant, which handles broader edits like 86ing items or bulk price changes. Always review AI-written content before you publish.

Yes — upload a PDF or photo of your current menu, or paste a URL, and we will build a draft with your sections and items automatically populated. You can then refine the draft before publishing.

Yes — custom fields let you attach extra information to any item, such as calorie counts, spice levels, or preparation notes. The values appear on the published menu so guests can see them.

AI Menu Assistant

It lets you edit your menu by typing or speaking plain English, like “86 the salmon” or “raise all beers by a dollar.” It writes the changes up as a ticket you review. Nothing is saved until you add it to your draft.

No. You review every change, can edit any line, and choose what to add. Added changes go to your draft menu. Guests only see them when you publish.

Yes. Tap the microphone and say what changed, including on iPhone. You can also photograph the pages of a paper menu and have them read into the editor for review.

No. It edits content only: items, prices, sections, categories, schedules, and dietary tags. Colors, fonts, and layout stay in the Design panel, under your control.

Check the ticket before adding. You can fix any name, price, or description inline, or uncheck a line you don’t want. Removals are never pre-selected. If you add something by mistake, tap Undo right away. Dietary tags the AI suggests stay unconfirmed until you confirm them.

Design & customization

Yes — choose from a curated set of color palettes or create your own six-color palette, and pair it with one of dozens of fonts. The preview updates in real time so you can see exactly how your menu will look before you publish.

Yes — paste your restaurant’s website and we will pull your colors, fonts, logo, and a hero photo. You review everything first; nothing changes on your menu until you apply it.

Yes — upload a logo that appears in the menu header and a background image that sets the atmosphere. Both are stored securely and displayed on your published menu.

A design style controls the overall look and feel of your menu — typography weight, card shapes, and color application — and there are ten to choose from. A navigation theme determines how guests move between sections, from a classic menu button to a thumb-friendly fan, a full-screen category grid, or a garden of glass pills. Combine them to fit your venue’s personality.

Schedules & dietary info

Yes — you can schedule any section to appear only during specific hours and days. For example, show a Breakfast section only on weekday mornings, a Late Night section on weekends after 10 pm, or give a Smoothies section both a morning and an afternoon window. Overnight windows (e.g. 10 pm – 2 am) are fully supported.

Yes — an optional schedule picker in the published menu header lets guests select a mealtime (such as Breakfast or Dinner) and preview exactly which sections and items are available during that period.

Yes — tag items with dietary labels such as Vegan, Gluten-Free, Contains Nuts, or Nut-Free, then enable the dietary filter so guests can narrow the menu to items that suit them. Please note these labels are informational and not a guarantee — guests with serious allergies should always confirm with your staff.

Publishing & sharing

In the editor, open the Publish panel, choose a custom URL slug for your menu (for example, /menu/the-golden-tap), and click Publish. Your menu goes live at your public URL immediately.

Share your public link anywhere — your website, social media, or a text message. The editor also generates a QR code you can download and print for tables, menus stands, or your front door.

Re-publish your menu after making changes and updates appear for guests within seconds. You can re-publish as often as you like at no extra cost.

Yes — edit your menu in the editor at any time, then re-publish when you are ready. Your link and QR code stay the same, so you never need to redistribute them after an update.

Plans & features

You can start on the Free plan with no credit card and no time limit. Pro and Enterprise are billed per menu, monthly or yearly, and nothing is charged until you publish your first menu. See the Pricing section on the home page for current prices.

The Free plan covers the essentials: building a menu, styling it with a set of free palettes, fonts, and designs, and publishing it with a QR code. Pro and Enterprise add the AI Menu Assistant, custom palettes, website brand import, per-item photos, a branded QR code designer, time-based scheduling, dietary tags and filters, PDF/photo/URL menu import, analytics, custom navigation themes, and more. Enterprise also adds AI-generated descriptions. The Pricing section shows exactly what each plan includes.
